- 🇪🇺 Euro area services activity slowed to 51.7 in October from 53.0, short of the 52.5 forecast, per newswires
- 🇪🇺 Manufacturing eased to 52.4 against 52.7 expected, down from 52.9
FO view: The miss is region-wide, not just French, which adds to the growth scare France started this morning and supports the case for a softer euro and firmer Bunds, with French paper still the weak link.
